VISUAL IDENTITY DESIGN
Located in the Dubai financial center, ICD Brookfield Place boasts over a 1m sq. ft of combined retail, dining, office and community spaces. Since its construction it has been the home to Niche, a space focused on bringing together young urban professionals, entrepreneurs & creatives through an exciting calendar of speaker sessions, workshops and classes.
Konstant Studio was tasked with developping the visual identity and voice of the space. The keyword from the start was flexibility, as Niche was conceived to be able to adapt to a variety of events, workshops and activities. The overall aesthetic was designed to appeal to younger crowds while still being able to live in a more corporate setting, all while communicating a vibrant and enticing visual language.
